Exit Man Page in Linux/Unix

 Whenever i ran "Man" in linux or unix i had a peculiar problem of not  being able to exit man using ctrl+D or ctrl+C commands.I used to close the terminal to exit :-)

Today i figured out that all i had to do is press 'q' on my keyboard. How silly of me.

    @Abiodun - i used to pull ot my hair trying all sort of comands randing from "ctrl+d","ctrl+c" ,"ESC"...Finally i used to close the terminal.It used to really piss me off:-)
